1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
* You may request a return or exchange of products within 7 days from the date you receive your shipment.
* The products intended for return or exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, brand labels, price tags, and accompanying accessories (such as extra laces, dust bags, etc.) attached.
* The original proof of purchase (such as a copy of the order invoice or order confirmation email must be included.
* Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
2. Return Process:

* Step 3: Returning the Product:
* Please package the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.
* Return the product according to the provided instructions and within 7 days from the date your return request was approved.
* We at Jantstong will bear the cost of return shipping for products returned in accordance with this policy. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label upon approval of your return request.
* Step 4: Inspection of the Returned Product:
* Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in Section 1.
3. Exchange Process:
* Step 1: Submitting an Exchange Request:

Please specify the product you wish to exchange and the desired replacement product (including size and colour if applicable).
* Subsequent Steps:
* Your exchange request will be processed subject to the availability of the replacement product.

* Once we receive and inspect the original product, the replacement product will be shipped to you.
* We at Jantstong will bear the cost of shipping the replacement product for the first exchange.
4. Refunds:
* If your return is approved, the full value of the product will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
* Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval of the return and our receipt of the returned product.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider's policies.
* You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

* We will take responsibility for the return of the item and will offer you the option of a replacement (if available) or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

* We at Jantstong will bear the cost of return shipping for all returns and exchanges that comply with this policy.
7. Cancellation Policy:
* You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
